Hey GUYS!

After Mauritius and Reunion, we are equipping New Caledonia with a "GUYS" system.

SEL Groupe was commissioned by Total Energies to design, manufacture and commission a "GUYS" system.

This system consists of communicating the public distribution network with the delivery station, a generator and the wind turbines to ensure that in the event of a cyclone alert the wind turbines always have energy to fight the winds.

Thanks to the "GUYS", this is the first wind farm on the island to be equipped with non-folding turbines.

This project provides 20.4 MW and is connected to a 33kV grid.
